Let’s make th time to help others feel powerful and motivated by offering thoughtful, frequent support and inspiration.

• Ask your students, Who is someone who genuinely encouraged you and inspired you to improve persevere, or do something wonderful?

• Tell a seed story about the person who genuinely encouraged you. Tell your students enough background so that they can understand why you needed the encouragement. Tell what the encouragement meant to you.
