Be Kind

It is important to act with warmth and care towards yourself and others. It can sometimes be easier with close friends and family. However, its just as important when it comes to acquaintances and strangers. We love doing Random Acts of Kindness, a little kindness goes a long way!

Here are a few questions that can really get you classroom thinking about kindness.

• What happens to our community when we are only kind to peers that we “like,” and we forget/ignore/treat unkindly those we “like” less?

• Is it possible to be kind to someone who is not a “close friend”?

• Should being kind to someone depend on your relationship with the person?
